Q:How Do I track My Order?

The mode of transportation we use is dedicated line transportation. Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. you can use your tracking number and click 17track  to check the express information.

Q:My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available.For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

We offer a 30 day no hassle return policy because your satisfaction is important to us. We realize that there are some instances where products may be defective or arrive damaged. Q:Who will pay the freight when returning the goods?

If you receive an incorrect or damaged product, please contact our customer service center immediately so that we can resolve the problem. We expect every order to be delivered to you in full. For returns in this case, return shipping charges will be paid by us.
